Tranzmission

Brand Package & Web Design

YEAR 2018

GRDS 400 Graphic Design Studio II
Savannah College of Art & Design

The goal of this hypothetical project was to design a brand package and website for Tranzmission, a non-profit organization located in Asheville, NC. Tranzmission was founded in 2001 with a mission to provide support and services to nonbinary, genderqueer and gender fluid folks as well as trans women, trans men and family, friends, and allies.

Their existing logo was original and currently worked, but they requested a facelift. To avoid brand confusion, a decision was made to only clean up the existing design and build a brand around the design.

After an analyze of the organizations needs, it was important to keep the cost down in printing. In order to do this, the brand works strictly in a black color scheme with a focus on black and white patterns. The primary pattern was created is based on the box in their logo.
